I was brought on by the exceptional team at Minimal Massive to help explore some new directions for the animations on their spots for the cycling brand Specialized.
With the air-tunnel smoke sim already locked in place, we faced some serious constraints in how the helmet could be animated so in the end, we decided to revamp the camera with snappier moves and match-cuts throughout. Animated lights were also key in conveying a high-energy feel for the Evade model.
